I had a leaf of a rubber plant and I just put it in a glass of water...and little roots developed.

When I first read this question I thought this was maybe not possible. Shows how much I know! By googling 'rubber plant leaf cuttings' I came on various sites which will tell exactly how to do this. Give google a try? The answers are out there!
