late july 2yrs ago my wife won 1st prize in our local show with her hydrainger no flowers 2010 .this yr just flowering with extra large blooms will it flowewr 2012 in time 4 july show

Unless you are a professional grower it is highly unlikely that you can guarantee flowering on a particular day.
