We inherited it. It stands in the middle of the garden and is blocking the way to the upper part of the garden. It flowered abundantly all last year. I have been reading about pruning, and the pundits seem to thing August and February are the times to prune. If we don't prune it now, we won't be able to get to the terrace! Any advice.
