Can anyone recommend good loppers not too expensive as lost mine in a someones garden .
So dont want to loose another set but a pair that is good to cut.

Occasionally Aldi and Lidl have them on Special Offer Scotkat, reasonable and decent quality. What about Wilkinson's?

Have look on eBay. Lots of good equipment and often at very reasonable prices too.
