My hebes seem to have gotten heavy frost bite, do I prune them, if so when?
I have several varieties of hebe, (since lost the tags)-and they have all suffered from severe frost bite. The leaves have fallen off one and the others are quite brown. Should I prune them.
We are in the Seattle, Washington and we have several very frozen weeks

I know you are 'over the pond', but one of mine was also badly damaged in our very cold weather in January. I am going to leave well alone until May, which is the best time to cut Hebes back - then cut back to any new healthy growth. Sadly, if there isn't any sign of life, I shall have to put it down to experience.
