A new beginning ! Can these plants be left in the peat pots when planting in the ground? I am new at sowing seeds.

Yes Nancy you can plant the pots into the ground.
These peat pots are wonderful they save stressing out the seedlings which gives them that much better start and they are also good if you haven't the most steady or gentle hands! Lol Hel.xxx.

Most peat pots are biodegradable, so there is no need to remove the plant from the pot when transplanting. Bury the pot and all and it will degrade over time. Most come with instructions, you can check the packaging to see if they have any recommedations.
