I am trying to say thank you to the person who answered my question and your website informs me I have to be logged on and then send an answer to my own question, but when I log on the 'box' in which I might have sent a response does not reappear.

Jeremy, go back to your original question, get it up on screen, as if you want to add to or alter it. Now scroll down and you'll find one box which says Answers and another small box beneath.Click in the small box and put your thanks there.
