how big will my red star get??

i've got a lovely red star cordyline, that was tiny when put in about 4yrs ago, it now is on a trunk about 1.5 ft and in total is about 4 ft. How big do these puppies get??

They can get quite tall, as tall as a bungalow from some pictures I've seen. You have done well, as the red ones are often not so hardy. Keep a look out for any new shoots around the base and then if the main stem gets too tall you could chop it off and let the shoots grow into a bushier plant. But don't do this unless there are new shoots.
