I just loaded one to see if it worked well - and it did, no problems for me.

And just uploaded a daft one first time.

Try uploading images at a lower resolution you only need 75 dpi for screen viewing and limit the size of your image to less than 10 cm across. Basically for web viewing your need 75dpi and the lowest res you can upload.

I always check the resolution MG. It just seems to to a few goes most times regardless.

I've never had a problem...
