I would like a climber identified. It has 6 petals, then underneath, 6 seeds pods, then hanging petals with 4 heads hanging. The colour is ruby red , with pale pink hanging heads

Is this an annual, Heather? A photo would help a lot.

From your description, I was wondering if it was a Fuchsia, except that they don't normally climb ('Lady Boothby' excepted) or possibly a Rhodochiton.

If not fuchsia, reminiscent of Akebia quinata for me - or Leycesteria formosa. But a description of the leaves, growth habit and when it flowers would help if no photo can be provided.

i too am thinking leycesteria, the pheasant berry allthough its not a climber.

Yes, that crossed my mind too. The description fits, apart from the climbing bit!

More likely Akebia quinata I reckon.
