'Hi' Everybody.... Please Can someone tell the best time to lift delphiniums only after cutting back this years growth im now getting new growth and i dont want to damage it in any way.....many many thanks ;-)

I'm just wondering why you need to lift them at all - I usually leave them in the ground and try to remember to protect with slug pellets from about end of Feb onwards.
