Can anyone identify this? About 1.30 metres tall, it has a very similar look to an oleander, but the flowers are smaller and more delicate and it has these strange bladders arising from the stem like prickly lemons.

Datura, probably stramonium, known as jimsonweed or thornapple.

Toxic so don't eat it (not that you were planning to.) Lots of hysteria about it on the web.

If you don't want it just pull it up and stick it on the compost.

Thank you!

I don't think that it's Datura - the leaves are wrong and Datura doesn't flower in clusters.
Don't know what it is though............

I think the leaves are a different plant.

However, a Datura flowers at the intersection of branches and never in a cluster.
Also, the flowers are smaller than an Oleander.........

It's a kind of milkweed....Maybe Asclepias physocarp, or one of its kin.
