how can I make my lawn green again

Had grass seed sown Nov 07. Was green at first but now is almost all yellow. Live in France (charente).

November is also quite late to sow grass seed, you may want to retry sowing the grass in the Spring, do not cut it for at least 6 months and don't cut it too short.
