Bourgainvillia

I have a bourgainvillia that is flourising with greenery but very few "flowers".
How can I rectify this?

You don't say whether your plant is in a pot or the ground outside. Bougainvillea flourish outside in warm climes like Spain and the locals ignore them so I would guess that food supplements may not be the answer. Is your plant in a glorious sunny position? Is its soil acidic?
