Can someone please tell me what plant these seedlings will become ... I shook the big seed head and found there were seeds inside, potted them 5 days ago and these shoots have appeared. ... peter

It's much too early to tell anything, Peter. There won't be any info about what it could be til the second "true" leaves appear.
