Do not use disinfectant on plants or shrubs, they often have the effect of total weed killers.
Buy a fungicide and use as directed.

bleach is good with hot water as it breaks down quite well unlike say washing up liquid or hot salty water.just watch your plants.im sure youl get some better answers later lol
