I lost all my cordyline plants to the snow and frost ,I now notice shhots are growing , Can I take cuttings formthem? Regards Gary

Not really - if they're growing from the base of the old trunks, and there's no growth at the tops of those trunks, chop them down to where the new growth is, preferably at an angle to allow rain to run off. If you're able to find a piece that's growing with a few good roots on, you can separate that and pot it up, but I suggest you allow the new shoots to grow on to replace your plants.
