SAXIFRAGA UMBROSA ?? red ??

hello all, years ago i grew a plant like this but with red flowers not pink, is SAXIFRAGA UMBROSA available with red flower or am i thinking of another plant entirely ?? Please help as this is driving me nuts trying to find it !!

Hi Paul, I think you can get different shades of pink and cream, i have seen a few different ones. so i think quite possible that you may be able to get one that is red, or a very deep pink at least. acording to my RHS guide only the pink one is listed, but i have one which has varigated foliege, and cream flowers, and there is no mention of mine either. but there are also lots of different varities of Saxifraga, other than S. umbrosa that would flower red. if you have a picture of the leaves i maybe able to give you more than this. sorry i can't be more useful.
