could you please give me some idea as to what is eating the flowerheads of my runner beans,they are only being eaten at groundlevel and it is only the flower . one of my potat0 plants has leant towards the ground and something has eaten flowers from that as well can you help

if ground level I would go for slugs/snails personally.
