I AM GROWING SEVERAL VARIETIES OF POTATOES IN BAGS AND TUBS.THE SHAWS ARE GROWINGUP TO ABOUT 4FEET AND THE FLOWERS HAVE NOT BLOOMED YET.I LIFTED A COUPLE OF BAGS AND THERE WAS HARDLY ANY POTATOES ONLY SMALL ONES.WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?

Have you got in full sun? Are you watering a lot and regularly? Potatoes in bags need lots of water and they also need full sun to do well. Personally tried the bag method once and went back to growing in the ground... much easier! Though I know others on GoY who do okay with potatoes in bags.
