Might be a Ribes, flowering currant?

It's rubus spectabilis 'Olympic Double'

Well done, Andrew, trust me to get in a muddle (and I've even got 'Olympic double' in the garden)!

It's a raspberry (Rubrus) of some sort, cultivated for its flowers rather than its fruit, and very beautiful it is too, Trixie, but I can't think of the Latin or garden name for it.
