would like to know what these plants and flowers are they are not from the same plant the green plant stands about 5 ft tall at this time and there are six of them in different areas about 12 ft square and the purple flowers come off of a long leafed plant that looks like some kind of a lily and there are lots of buds under the flowers

Too many shrubs with similar foliage, Tweety. Is this growing outside or inside? Have you seen any blooms or fruit on it? Could you get us a close up of where the leaves join the stem? That part of the plant often gives clues as to the genus, or at least family.

No purple flowers and we need to see the actual shrub/plant to i.d. properly
