Could be wind burn, Wellington. But give it a good soaking anyway. It won't harm it. Annie (Cumbria)

Thanks for advice re; lack of water, or wind burn.
Will try a good soak and maybe a quick bug spray.

I wouldn't spray unless you are seeing aphids or the like. Brown leaves will not respond to insecticides. If you do feel the need to spray make sure it is one that can be used on edible plants.
