I have 4 zantedeschia - black flowered ones - and one of them the leaves have started to go yellow and the flowers are dropping. I dont know why one is wilting and the other 3 are ok.

Thank you Tugbrethil for your response. I will dispose of that one and repot the one that is in the same pot in case the same thing happens and make sure there is sufficient drainage

Sounds suspiciously like root rot. The colored varieties, including the black ones need better drainage than the white kind (Z. aethiopica).
