Why won't my everlasting sweet-peas flower. planted for the first time in late March and lots of greenery but no sign of flowers

they may yet flower, but if by everlasting sweetpea you mean the perennial ones, such as Lathyrus latifolius, these prefer a shadier spot, so if you have them in full sun, they won't like that too much.

I have exactly the same problem. Bought a plant in the Springtime. Lots of foliage (reaching at least 6 feet) but no sign of any flowers
