hi p if you left the seed heads on they would scatter themself maybe not where you want them are the heads dark ifso put them in a brown paper bag and keep dry until you want to set them.good luck.

I always think it's best to sow seed as soon as possible, if you can. Sometimes the space where you want to sow is not available, then you have to store it - cool and dry.
