My conifers are 2 yrs.old some seem to be ok but others seem to have a brownish disease at bottom are they dead? How can I get them to grow quicker.

Do you mean that the branches are going brown? There's nothing you can do if that happens, sadly. The trees may be dying. The only thing you can do to help the growth in general is to feed them, using a balanced feed, and make sure they have enough water - that may be the problem with the ones going brown.
Any variety of conifer will have its own rate of growth.
