I have grown from seed, wall flowers which are now about 5" inches high but I see I cannot put them in the garden until Ocotber (they are in a greenhouse). Any suggestions what I should do with them.

I'd put them in the garden if you have room. They don't need greenhouse protection. If you don't have room in the flowerbeds where you want them to grow over winter they'll have to go in a spare corner in pots, but then they'll need more care (watering) from you, so that's the second best option.
