Definitely Pittosporum, but not close enough to see leaf detail to tell you the variety. Looks like it needs a bigger pot or even better, planting out.

I think its P. 'Abbotsbury Gold' - will get 33 feet eventually if you let it, but can be kept smaller by pruning to shape and size after it flowers in late spring, or anytime you like if you're not fussed about the flowers, which are fairly insignificant. Don't prune hard past mid June though...
