I bought some fuchsia plants thinking like the ones I have they would last a few seasons but now I notice on the pot it say annual. I dont have a variety name. Can anyone help. Thanks

Certain varieties are hardy, but the vast majority of fuchsias sold at this time of year in smaller pots are tender and won't survive outside over winter, and are intended for use in pots and baskets for temporary display.

The ones I have are called 'Cape Fuchsia Candy drops' and yes they are annuals they should flower all summer then thats it.
