i have recently been given some peppers by a friend and was wondering the best way to store them for future use .can you freeze them??

YES!! If you like you can read some of my previous posts many of which are about peppers. This year I have grown and frozen both Jalapeno and Cayenne chili's.

Or Sid, you can dry them or pickle them (I've pickled Jalapeno, Cayenne and Hot Yellow Banana, but I like my food real spicy) or preserve them by putting them in hot (not boiling) olive oil in sterilised jars. They are very versatile.
