Wallflower seeds.
Just wondering when these pods will be ready to collect?
the stems still have maybe 3-6 buds left to open but do i leave them to dry like sweet pea pods?

Yes leave them to dry exactly as you would sweet pea pods. Keep a watch on them though as they will suddenly open and just about throw their seed across the garden.
