Hi, I have a apple blossom tree which has grown another tree from its root, how do i cut it to grow in the ground? Thank you.

You can't if it hasn't a piece of root attached; trees quite often throw up suckers like this - wrench or cut it off at the base.

Actually I have a dozen of these in pots, waiting for me to try grafting some of our apple varieties on to them. Will get round to it as soon as the garden is a bit tidier.
