Can anyone tell me the name of this plant/flower. It is growing in my front garden and I have no idea what it is. Very nice though, and I would like some more information on it if anyone can help me.

Spiraea nipponica 'Snowmound'? Or Spiraea vanhouttei? Can't see the leaves clearly, nor detail of the flowers - vanhouttei has small yellow centres in each flower.
