KENT, United Kingdom Gb

I need something pretty and bushy to fill up a 6ftx6ft space something shrub like with lovely coloured wood and leaves.sorry do not have any names any recommendations what I could put in this large space preferably not a tree!!!!!

There's a lot on the internet about Acer negundo flamingo.
Advice about growing it. Suggestions of slightly smaller similar acers. I hope that helps.

If your soil stays pretty moist, you might consider cornus alba 'Elegantissima'. This has variegated leaves that drop in autumn to reveal red stems. Prune hard in early spring just as growth starts

Acer negundo 'Flamingo' has nice shrimp pink and white variegated leaves and can be pruned back to keep it shrub like and a more colourful foliage, however it does not have coloured stems, and the foliage colour can be unreliable some years.
