Seems that the photos of hydrangea did not come through! Here's trying again. Be very grateful if csomeone could tell me variety. Not like other climginb hydrangeas I have.

that's because it's not a climbing hydrangea at all - I'm not too sure what it is - have you ever seen it flower?

No never. It's been in the same position for three years. It's in a good position on an east facing wall and quite honestly looks pretty boring. If it is not going to do anything then I would like to take it out and put somethinge else there but it would be nice to know what it is.

Thanks anyway.

To be honest, it looks like a bay - do the leaves have a scent when crushed?

Just a leaf smell. Definitely not bayleaf scent. The leaf is leathery tho' like a bayleaf. When I find out exactly what it is I will tell you.
