How do I build a Patio?
Planning both a garden patio with pergola and a patio off the conseravatory so while I'm clearing the garden, sorting levels, re-arranging plants worth keeping I'm researchimg building patios and retaining walls.
Dealing with differing DPC levels and drainage are a concearn along with the tecnicalities of it all....

You may need planning permission for a completely new patio because of run off? A phone call to your local pPP Office will soon tell you. My tips would be taking cate to be below the dampproof course and getting the slope away from the house right it may be tiny but it matters.
