Yes, Andrewr is right it is a polygala Polygala myrtifolia L NOT winter hardy, but tolerant of low temps. Has "flowers" almost 11 months of the year - if it likes you...

.... btw I meant to add that with a bit of frost protection it will survive a mild winter - if it freezes back - be patient, it might shoot from below the ground. Can also be trained as a small trpoiary tree.
