My dwarf peach tree isn't in leaf yet

My dwarf peach tree is shooting leafs but has not fully came out yet when my friends nectarines has, should I worry?

Nope. Nasty winter. My (semi-dwarf) peach was late, in fact it has just finished with blossom. Depends on the micro-climate as well as the macro.
