I was very envious of both your waxwings and your tropoleums! Did you have trouble germinating them (the flowers, not the birds!)

The one growing through the yew and another one just appeared. They appeared for about 3 years and then the one through the yew disappeared. I think I forgot it was there and it dried out. I have seen today that the other original one is beginning to grow again. 2/3 years ago I bought some tropolaeum plants. I bought them online and they were very healthy specimens. They come back but not always exactly where you expect them to. They are not difficult to germinate. My husband managed to grow some from seed and we don't have a greenhouse. I must say that growing through the yew was where the plant was at its best.
