I did a quick Google search and came up with the following information:
Aromatic shrub to 1.5m, with procumbent, grey branches. Leaves 5-15 by 1-2mm, linear, leathery, with rolled margins, appearing hairless and greenprofusely hairy on flower stalks. Calyx 3-4mm when young, later 5-7mm, green or purplish and. Corolla 10-12mm, pale blue. Nutlets brown. Native to southern Spain and north Africa and only recently introduced into cultivation
Hope this helps
