Osteospermum ecklonis/white spoon

United Kingdom Gb

now it has finished flowering, what care does it need?

These are not fully hardy, so I am afraid that if you get frost, it will die. The RHS take cuttings from theirs in late summer and over-winter them like that. I have only found O.jucundum to be fully hardy in my garden in the SW of England - I've tried many other types which have not survived. They don't like to be too wet, either. My new supposedly hardy ones died in the 'summer' from rotted roots. You could try it in the greenhouse??
