What is it?

This plant has appeared underneath the bird feeder so I assume it must have grown from some dropped bird seed. However I don't have a clue what it is . Can anyone help? The plant is now about three feet tall.

It is a wild plant called Ragweed (not Ragwort). It is often included in wild bird food. Latin name is Ambrosia trifida or maybe A. artemisifolia.
