This is a direct link to Tony's C. autranii page. I don't think that you will find much else.
In his new book, 'Crocuses', Janis Ruksans says that it is relatively easy to grow in his native Latvia but is susceptible to winter frosts ( he gets minus 20sC). They need excellent drainage and the soil should never dry out.
