I have approx a third of an acre in Farnborough Hants,and need a gardener., If not actual gardening, then general maintenence. Mostly lawn but some hedge cutting and shrub control. I would greatly appreciate any personal recommendations

Have you thought of putting an advert in the local college or University, particularly if they run a Horticultural course, any students would appreciate a bit more cash and some experience particularly if they are studying horticulture, or if you don't want an experienced gardener then you might be surprised.
