Do I really need to gain copyright to upload photos? Could someone explain please? Thanks.

You already have the copyright of your own photographs but if you wish to upload someone elses pictures, eg off the web, then you should at least get the permission of the photographer and it is normal practice to acknowledge the source of the picture.

No Pany. Your word is your honour - it just asks you to use your own photos and no-one else's - you can continue to register.
