Erysimum 'Bowle's Mauve'

Asked on 23 Sep, 2008

This question is on Erysimum 'Bowle's Mauve'

Does anyone grow this plant in the Northeast? I live in Massachusetts and wonder if it will overwinter - I know it's treated as a biennial by gardeners elsewhere.

I can't answer for the States but here Bowles Mauve will flower well for up to about four years, with careful dead heading, then it gets leggy, but cuttings can be taken very easily.
