i moved from a house with a garden,in november,to a ground floor flar with a communal garden,leaving behind 2 rose bushes,which i want to bring to my new home,i left them,because of the time of etc,what i would like to know,is the time now right to uproot them and replant in large tubs,cause they can,t be planted as before,will they be ok in tubs.
