what is the white powdery residue on the joints of my passion flower causing the leaves to shrivel up? <i think thats the problem>also thanks to all those who responded to my last question being an amatuer gardner still learning

Probably mildew at this time of year as the plants are getting old. Live with it and treat next year at first sign.
