Very easily I would think, David. I am constantly weeding them out of my seed pans.
If I wanted to grow them deliberately i would use exactly the same method as described in my seed sowing blog of 8 January. I would then leave the seedlings in the pot for about a year before potting on into individual pots of JI#1, or similar, compost.
